Christmas. Is it all presents, fun and mince pies or is there a down side as well?
At headspace, we think there might be a few people out there who don't feel the festive cheer as much as others - whether it's because of family tensions, or their mates being away, or financial pressures.
Let us know by taking part in our Christmas survey. It will help us gain a greater understanding about how we can support young people at this time of year.
The survey is anonymous, takes a couple of minutes and can be done by anyone aged 12 - 25 in Australia. You can also help spread the word by sharing it with people you know online.
